      John married Euphemia McDonald his second wife on the 6th May 1891 at Christ Church, Dennistoun, Glasgow. They were married by the Rector of Christ Church J Watson Reid. Witnesses at their marriage were Robert Boyle and Elizabeth Frost. Euphemia gave her occupation at that point as Dairymaid.[CASSID 2.FTW]

      Euphemia Finnegan was working as a wood polisher at the time of her marriage to Henry Buchanan. Henry was an engineer keeper with the 14th Battalion of the Irish Fusilier's. Son of John Buchanan and Hannah Jordan. The witnesses at their wedding were John Cassidy and Sarah Doran. Euphemia's mother had also married again after the death of Euphemia's father John Finnegan, she was now Euphemia O'Brien.
